Currently, Citicorp Trust Bank offers 3 levels of security to safeguard your financial information:

  1. 128-bit encryption is used when confidential data is sent to and from Citicorp Trust Bank.
    It is responsible for the "scrambling" and "reassembling" process between the information shared between Citicorp Trust Bank and your personal computer. 128-bit encryption is one of the highest levels of encryption available today, and it helps ensure that your information stays private.

  2. Automatic logout due to session inactivity

  3. If there is no activity in the secured environment for 30 minutes, your session will automatically time out and Citicorp Trust Bank will terminate your session.

  4. Your Password.

  5. This identifier is unique to you and should not be revealed to anyone.

There are several things you can do to protect your account:

  • Remember to keep your login and password confidential.
  • Change your password periodically. After logging in to your account, click on the Change Your Password function under Customer Service.
  • Always log off when you finish using the system or before walking away from your computer.
